Kobi Nazrul is at the heart of a diverse and welcoming community. Parents and carers speak positively about the school, valuing the care and support their children receive. Every name is known, and every child is valued. It is a warm, friendly place, where pupils and families thrive. This helps to ensure that pupils feel and are kept safe. From the moment children join the nursery, they begin to learn the importance of kindness and following simple rules. Older pupils are thoughtful and considerate, helping to create a calm and respectful environment. This reflects leaders' high expectations for all pupils, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Pupils benefit from a wide range of experiences that support the development of important personal qualities. They show empathy and responsibility when caring for the school pets, Cookie and Reggie. Pupils take pride in running the school job centre, managing applications for roles, such as leading assemblies and talk circles. These experiences help to build leadership, teamwork and communication skills. The school's culture of 'everyone is a teacher' makes every interaction a learning opportunity. In early years, children approach new activities with confidence. Staff nurture their curiosity, independence and resilience. Pupils achieve well and leave well prepared for the next stage of their education.
